A Brief Assessment: Application of Moral Maxims in Commercial Decisions in the West

考察西方企业经营者商业决策中遵循的功利、权利和公正等道德原则的理论起源及主要内容。在指出其积极作用的同时 ,详细剖析了它们的局限性。

From the study of the enterprise runners' experience in dealing with the economic profit of enterprises and social profit as a whole under the market economic mechanism in the West,this article points out that the Western enterprise runners consciously introduce into their decisions that they make such moral maxims as maxim of utility,maxim of right and maxim of justice,and tries to explain their theoretical origin and key points. Further more,the article has indicated their positive effect in the commercial decisions on one hand,and on the other hand,it has also analyzed their restrictions in detail; thus is of referential significance to the construction of a complete national market economic order and social order of our country.
