摘要
本文介绍了IGBT的驱动特性及对驱动电路的要求,对几种驱动模块的驱动特性进行了测试研究,并进行了比较。
Basic driving characters of IGBT and Requirements for correspording drivers are introduced. Tests and Comparison have been done for different kinds of driving modules.
