逆变式弧焊电源功率输出的研究

摘要 本文通过对新型节能场效应管逆变式弧焊电源的研究,提出了两种可用于弧焊电源的逆变电路型式,即单端正激逆变电路和全桥逆变电路;指明了脉冲变压器磁芯对电源功率输出的限制,同时,提出了由于脉冲变压器的漏感和输出整流二极管的反向恢复时间的存在,导致了输出脉宽的损失,也影响了逆变电源的功率输出。 Based on research on novel energy economized power MOSFET inverting arc welding power supply, there are two types of inverting topologies, which are single ended forward and full- bridge inverting circuits, are introduced. While the limitation of pulse transformer magnetic core to power output of power supply is also presented. In addition, the leakage inductance and reverse recovery time of output diodes, which result in the loss of output pulses, could also have influence on the power output of inverting power supply in some degree.
