摘要
油田公司鄯善区域4套气体处理装置,由于制冷工艺和气体压差的关系,气体处理效果不一,尤其是鄯善、温米气体处理装置处理后的干气中仍含有较富有的C_3、C_4。本文通过对各装置及处理前后气体组分的分析,就如何利用公司现有输气管网,充分发挥装置优势,提高原油伴生气中的C_3、C_4收率,增加液化气产量,为公司增创效益,提出建议。
The different process effects from 4 sets of dry gas processor in Shanshan and Wenmi production plant shows that the gas processed still contain rich C_3 and C_4 contents since the different cooling process and gas pressure. This paper presents the proposals of utilizing existing gas transportation pipe net and elaborating the superiority of the processor in order to enhance the recovery rate of C_3 and C_4 in the associated gas of the oil and to increase the liquid gas productivity through the analysis to the processor and to the gas before and after processing.
