Y455—115桥塞模拟试验与应用

摘要 为解决吐哈油田卡堵层位较深、卡层处压力高、封堵压差大等问题,开发了Y455—115桥塞,其技术关键是设计了坐封应急释放机构,解封套铣打捞头和平衡桥塞上下压差机构,对装无燕尾移动轨双向卡瓦锚定和主体锁环机构,在油井有压的情况下必须下入或取出桥塞时具有明显优势。为了进一步了解其工作性能,将桥塞下入300米深的模拟试验井进行坐封、解封、耐密封模拟试验。试验结果表明:它能承受较高的上、下压力,具有坐封牢固可靠,解封方便等特点,是油井实施机械卡堵水、选层压裂酸化的理想作业工具,可以广泛应用。 The Y455-115 bridge plug has been developed to meet such requirements as great plugging depth, high formation pressure and pressure differential etc in Tuha oil field. To understand its working performance, the bridge plug was downed into a model well 300m deep to simulate its seating and sealing, sealing release and sealing capacity. The result of the experiment shows that the bridge plug carl bear significantly high up and down pressure with features of firm and reliable seating and sealing, and easy release. This kind of bridge plug can be an useful tool in the mechanical water plugging and selective fracture acidizing with wide application prospects.
