This essay explores the methods of self-cultivation for young cadres in new situation from six aspects: self-study, self-confidence, self-vigilance, self-examination, self-respect, self-encouragement. To improve ideological and political quality of young cadres in colleges is related not only with education, training, management, supervision, but also with internal motivation of self-education, self-perfection.
