Some Comparisons of Water Conservancy Competence Education Both at Home and Abroad

通过对中外水利高校素质教育的比较 ,认为应该进一步加深对素质教育的认识 ,加强课程体系和课堂教学方法改革 ,处理好思想素质教育和人文素质教育的关系 ,提高教师的人文修养 ,搞好第二课堂活动 。

Through the comparison of water conservancy competence education both at home and abroad, this paper suggests that the understanding of competence education be strengthened, the course system and teaching method be reformed, the relationship between mental quality and humanity quality be handled properly, the humanity cultivation of the teachers be upgraded, and extracurricular activities should be increased to improve the students' comprehensive quality.
