随着知识经济的来临 ,风险投资越来越受到人们的重视。通过回顾我国风险投资的发展历程 ,指出我国风险投资的发展及其特殊性 ,即 :资金来源不足、人才缺乏、退出机制不畅和法律、法规不健全 。

With the coming of knowledge economy, venture capital becomes more and more important. This paper studies the development and characteristics of venture capital in China: insufficient source, shortage of talents, poor withdrawing mechanism and imperfect laws and regulations. All these hinder the rapid development of venture capital in China.
