摘要
通过教师职务设岗和聘任工作的理论探索与实践 ,阐明了实行教师职务聘任制是高等学校深化人事制度改革的一项重要内容。论述了科学设岗 ,明确职责 ,择优聘任 ,严格考核是落实聘任制的关键所在。
Through the exploration and practice on the theory of post setting and staff employment of teachers, this paper explains that to further the staff employment system is a basic item for colleges and universities to carry out their staff member system reform. It explains that the keynote of this system lies in the scientific setting of the posts, the clarification of the duties, the just selection of the outstanding and the strict checks.
