祁临公路是我省第一个利用国际金融组织贷款建设的高速公路 ,作者介绍了该项目的审。
Qi lin freeway is the first one by introducing foreign investment.The authors introduced some relative conditions of examination and approval,repair and bidding at home and abroad.
