摘要
环境侵权行为与一般侵权行为有显著的不同,环境侵权行为具有不平等性、不可互换性、社会妥当性、合法性、间接性、继续性、反复性、广阔性、累积性等特点,因此我们必须采取相应的对策。
Environmental tort is strikingly different from the normal tort. Generally, ithas such characteristics as inequality, unexchangable, etc. According to this we shouldtake relevant countermeasures.
