Fifteen years ago, when Comrade Deng Xiaoping inspected Tianjin Economic and Technical Development District, he firmly pointed out, "We should open to the outside world; if not, we can not makeeconomy vigorous." He made an inscription with pleasure; "Development District Has Great Hope".Now China has 43 state level economic and technical development districts and numerous various leveldevelopment districts, spreading over China. This great change proves that Comrade Deng Xiaoping’stheory is of scientific nature, foresight and correctness.
