摘要
分析了现代电子系统机内测试 (BIT)技术存在的虚警问题 ,提出运用神经网络虚警过滤器(NNFAF)技术来降低虚警、改进BIT能力 ;并介绍了NNFAF的原理和网络开发方法 ;最后分析了NN FAF技术的特点、应用及发展方向。
In this paper,the false alam problem in built in test(BIT)of modern electronic system is analyzed and the neural network false alarm filter technology with its principle and neural network development steps are introduced in order to reduce false alarms and therefore enhance the capability of BIT.The technology's characteristics ,applications and development trend are analyzed.
