美国中小学教育虽然有发展中国家尚未达到的现代化水平 ,但与其他发达国家相比却处于较落后状态 ,在制度和运行机制方向存在一些不容忽视的问题 。

Compared with other developed countriey,the primary and secondary schooling in the U S.is lagging behind,and its system and operating mechanism have problems which are the serious constricting factors in the future economic development.
