It plays an very important role on the development of every course of college and university. Therefore, we must actively make full use of personal files, improve the administrative level, standardize the interior administration, emphisize on the construction of the team of administration of personal files, constantly fullfil the conception of files, in order to ensure the concord development of the file work and the whole course of the college and university.
