摘要
简要介绍了刚－挠印制板的特点及应用范围，并重点分析了挠性板和刚－挠板的制作工艺难点。
In this paper,the characertistics and application fields are introduced,and more attention is paid on the analysis of technical difficulties in processing of rigid-flexible printed circuit boards(PCBs).
