摘要
研究了在 UG平台开发计算机辅助检测规划( CAIP)系统的方法,实现了利用图形交互完成检测途径规划,并结合测量策略生成检测工艺路线,再经后置处理生成符合 DMIS规范的测量程序,以此为基础在测量机上完成尺寸检测。
This paper studies the method of developing CAIP system on UG platform, and develops inspection approach planning by graphics interface. According to the measure strategies, the inspection process planning can be generated. Via post- process, the measuring program that conforms to DMIS is generated automatically, in turn the dimension inspection can be accomplished on CMM.
