摘要
利用胸腔注射植物血凝素和秋水仙碱溶液制备肾细胞的方法,对大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)染色体组型进行分析研究。结果表明,大黄鱼染色体数目为 48条,全部是端部着丝点染色体,核型为2N=48t,臂数NF=48。
The chromosome study of Pseudosciaen crocea was examined from kindney tissues cell injected colchicine. The results showed that there are 48 acrocentric chromosomes in Pseudosciaen crocea and its karyotype formula is 2n=48t,NF=48..
