不完全信息化条件下西部农村协调发展方略探析

On the Strategies of Coordinated Development in West Countryside under Incomplete Information-based Conditions

农村信息化是实现现代化的必要条件。西部农村信息化的缺失滞阻了农村非农化进程,社会公正的失衡导致了西部农村贫困化的加剧。结合农村剩余劳动力转移,转换农业经营机制等措施,发展信息农业,搭建适宜西部农村经济发展信息平台,是实现西部农村经济协调发展是农村反贫困化的路径抉择。

Informationization is an essential necessity for the countryside modernization. And the information-based backwardness has blocked up the urbanization of the countryside in West China and the unfair distribution of informational resources has resulted in a poorer condition in the countryside. Thus the author of this article has put forward some suggestion about the strategies of coordinated development in west countryside, including such measures as to transfer the labors, to shift the agricultural operation mechanism, to base the agriculture on information, and to establish a proper information exchange channel for a sustainable development in rural areas.
