不动产登记是物权法中的重要制度,《物权法》以14个条文(第9条至第22条)的篇幅,确立了我国不动产登记的基本结构,为不动产登记法的制定提供了整体的框架和结构。本文从物权相关理论和制度的角度出发,阐述了我国不动产的登记制度的突破和完善,同时也分析了它的不足之处。

The registration of real property is an important content of property rights law, which has been clearly iUustrated by China Property Rights Law with 14 articles. Such regulations are guidelines of the practice of registration of real property and a basic framework for the making of related laws on the registration of real property. In this article the author has discussed about the breakthrough significance of such system and its shortcomings as well.
