Determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Rupxiao Tablet by TLC-Scanning

目的 :研究乳癖消片的质量控制指标。方法 :采用薄层扫描法对乳癖消片中主要有效成分人参皂苷人Rg1的含量进行测定。结果 :方法简单 ,灵敏 ,重复性好。结论 :该方法可以用于乳癖消片的质量控制。

Objective:To study the quality control standards of Rupixiao Tablet.Methods:The contents of main effective constituent in Panax Notoginseng,ginsenoside Rg1 were determined by TLCS.Results:The method is simple, sensitive with a good repetition.Conclusion:It can be used as quality control of Rupixiao Tablet.
