高职临床医学专业实习与就业的探讨

On Higher Vocational Clinical and Medical Students' Internship and Employment

目前,高职临床医学专业教育存在理论教学与实践教学环节结合不紧密,毕业实习与就业方向不一致,就业渠道不通畅等问题。办学过程中,要科学定位,力求突出就业导向;见习、实习紧密结合,力求做到一体化;适时调整相关政策,力求实现教育公平。

At present, higher vocational clinical education exists many problems as non-closely combination between theory and practice teaching, inconsistency of internship and employment, obstruction of employment and so on. In the process of school running, we should orient teaching scientifically, combine internship with employment closely and adjust relative policies to achieve equitable education.
