地方高校毕业生就业工作中营销理论的运用

摘要 近年来高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,地方高校普遍存在毕业生就业困难问题。地方高校毕业生就业应当遵循市场竞争规律,运用市场营销理论指导毕业生就业工作应结合自身优势制定合理的包含产品、价格、渠道、促销四要素的市场营销策略,开拓毕业生就业市场,提高毕业生就业率。 In recent years, the employment situation of college graduates has become increasingly serious. It is common problem lies in local college and university. The employment of graduates from local colleges should follow the law of market competition and use marketing theory to guide the work of graduate employment. Local college and university should also formulate its marketing strategies including products, prices, channels and sales the four elements to explore the job market and raise the employment rate.
