摘要
体育教学中伤害事故不可避免 ,事故因素多种多样 ,如何认识伤害事故 ,合理区分责任事故与非责任事故 ,保证体育教学的顺利进行是体育教师所关注的话题。从法律角度对体育教学中的事故责任进行论述 。
In physical education teaching,the injuring accidents are inevitable.There are various factors involved in the accidents.A topic concerned by physical education teachers,which would help to carrying out physical education teaching smoothly that is how to recognize injuring accidents and how to reasonably distinguish between injuring and non-injuring accidents.This paper explains the responsibilities for injuring accidents in physical education teaching from the point of view of law, in order to arouse a great attention in numourous physical education staff and administrators.
