摘要
借鉴排球正面传球技术教法研究的成果 ,结合多年的实践经验 ,运用排球动作技术分析原理以及体育技术教学理论 ,探讨了教学难点及其成因、课次与阶段划分 ,教学顺序、教学时数与练习次数、解决教学难点的练习手段与方法 ,以期为提高正面传球技术的教学质量提供一些参考依据。
In accordance with the results of the research on the volleyball front-pass teaching and the year-long experiences, this article, on the basis of the principle of the volleyball movement technical analysis and the principle of the technical teaching of physical education, discusses the sticky problems about teaching and their factors, class arrangement and period division, teaching sequence, class time and practice times, and the method to solve the teaching problems , so as to provide some references to the improvement of teaching quality of the front-pass skill.
