卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗难治性高血压的临床观察

目的:探讨卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗难治性高血压的临床效果及机理;方法:采用卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗32例难治性高血压患者,并与卡维地洛单独治疗效果进行比较;结果:研究结果表明卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗难治性高血压不仅有较卡维地洛单独使用更好的疗效,还能够明显降低HOMA-IR,改善胰岛素抵抗(IR);结论:卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗难治性高血压能使其更易达到目标值,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。
