某学院350名女教职工妇科疾病调查

An Investigation into 350 Female Staffs' Gynecological Diseases

目的了解女教职工的妇科疾病患病情况。方法于2008年3～5月,对某学院350名女教职工进行妇科检查。结果350人中患妇科疾病者133人,患病率为38%。其中乳腺结构不良性疾病患病率最高,为20.57%,其次是宫颈糜烂,患病率为10%。结论生殖系统疾病是危害女性身体健康的主要因素之一,应加强对女教职工的保健工作,进行常规妇科病普查普治,提高女性生殖健康水平。

Objective： To understand the situation of female staffs＇ gynecology disease. Methods： Carry on gynecological examination to 350 female staffs of a college from March to May in 2008. Results： People contract the gynecological disease 133, the prevalence rate is 38%. The breast disease prevalence rate is the highest, about 20.57%, the next is cervical erosion, the prevalence rate is 10%. Conclusion： Reproductive system disease is the main factors to harms feminine health, we should strengthen the female staff＇s health work, carry on conventional gynecological examination and cure, raise female reproductive health level.
