高职院校创建平安校园长效机制的研究

On Establishing Long-term Mechanism Ensuring a Safe and Stable Vocational College

高职院校创建平安校园是一项全面的、复杂的、长期的艰巨工作,不能仅采取一些短期考虑的措施,而必须在创建长效机制上下功夫、做文章。高职院校要创建平安校园的长效机制就必须做好以下工作:加强宣传教育,提高对创建平安校园重要性的认识;建立创建平安校园的组织机构,明确各自职责;增加教育投入,完善学校的硬件设施;建立完善学校各项规章制度的制约机制。

Creating a safe and stable campus is an important part of building a harmonious society, which is a comprehensive, complicated, time-taking hard job. To obtain the goal, we must spend efforts to establish long-term mechanism that includes the following work： publicizing the importance of creating a safe and stable campus, setting up organizations to have their own roles to play, increasing educational investment to improve school hardware, having a system to better school regulations, properly handling various school injury accidents.
