摘要
和谐社会的发展需要和谐发展的大学生。在促进大学生人格和谐发展的过程中,辅导员的作用极为重要。从辅导员担当心理咨询者角色的现实意义、可行性和角色塑造的途径三个方面加以探讨,有助于高校辅导员队伍的专业化建设。
The development of harmonious society needs the development of university students＇ harmonious personality. How to develop university students＇ harmonious personality？ The author believes that university counselors should take on the consultant role. The author explores the role in psychological counseling of the university counselors from practical significance, feasible and the role mold in order to help the development of students＇ harmonious personality as well as counselors＇ professional development.
