英汉“愤怒”情感隐喻的物质化映射系统

On Materialized Mapping System of Anger Metaphor in English and Chinese

结合前人在英汉"愤怒"情感隐喻方面的研究成果,在系统探讨英汉"愤怒"情感隐喻的三种原型表达形式,即"愤怒是火"、"愤怒是容器中的热液体"、"愤怒是气"的基础上,发现"愤怒"情感隐喻存在着情感经验的物质化映射系统。同时,也为更好地进行英汉"愤怒"情感隐喻翻译提供参考和启示。

This paper makes a systematical research on the three prototypes of ＂anger＂ metaphor： ＂ anger is fire＂, ＂anger is the hot fluid in a container＂ and ＂anger is the hot gas in a container＂ based on the previous studies. Through the analysis, it discovers that ＂anger＂ metaphor works according to materialized mapping system. Meanwhile, the research results offer references and inspirations to the better translation of the ＂anger＂metaphor.
