Basic Analytical Frameworks of Transport Economics

运输经济学正在经历理论范式重建的重要时期。作者从产品-资源-网络经济(PRN)分析框架和运输业网络形态的分层(TNFS)分析框架两个角度,分别讨论了如何建立区别于其他行业基本技术经济特征的经济学坐标系,和如何刻画并解释具有网络形态的研究对象。主张运输经济学要从发现和定义科学问题出发,通过对关键命题的论证,经过严格的逻辑与历史推演得到正确的解释性结论和政策建议,成为本土化、规范化、解释性和批判性特色十分突出的一个产业经济学分支。相信通过理论范式与主流经济学的进一步接轨,运输经济学既会赢得主流经济学的接纳,也能通过从JIT视角和网络视角帮助经济学建立真正贴近微观现实的时空分析框架,大大拓宽该学科的应用和影响范围。

The theoretical paradigm of Transport Economics is undergoing an important period of renewal. The author respectively discusses how to find a new coordinate system of economics for transport industry which possesses some particular basic technical and economic characteristics in its own, from the Product-Resource-Network economy（PRN） Analysis Framework, and how to represent and interpret the research object which possesses network form, from the Transport Network Form Stratifying（TNFS） Analysis Framework. The author advocates that the Trans- port Economics as one branch of Industrial Economics should be a particular subject which pos- sesses the noticeable characteristics of localization, normalization, explanatory ability and criti- cism, and its basic research process includes that finding and definition of scientific questions, reasoning of crucial proposition, conclusions and policy recommendations through the inference of logic and historical deducing. He believes that by moving the theoretical paradigm of Transport Economics further into the mainstream Economics, Transport Economics will not only get the acceptance from other subjects of Economics, but also be helpful for Economics to find a space-time analytical framework which really presses closely to micro-reality by applying the perspectives of ＂just-in- time＂ and network, and then the applications and influences of the Transport Economics will also be broadened.
