摘要
分析铁路工程估算编制存在的问题,进而探讨改进估算编制的方法,提出制订铁路工程估算编制办法的思路及主要技术原则。
This paper analysis the questions in budget estimate editing of railway project, and discussed the method to improve it, then bring forward an idea of how to establish the railway project estimation editing method, and give out its technical principles.
