Popularizing the Application of New Computer Technology and Accelerating the Modernization of Tender Works into Practice

本文通过对近年来投标工作实践和体会的总结,从报价电算化、评审分析、提高标书质量、互联网应用、计算机翻译和人材培养六个方面介绍了计算机等新技术在投标工作中的应用,为施工企业更好地投入基建招投标市场,提出了自己的设想。

This paper summarized my many years experience and practical work in tender, introduced some application practice of new technology in tender work, such as computerized pricing, evaluation and analysis, tender file quality improvement, network application, computer aided translation and stuff training etc. Finally draw out my proposal of entering the tender market for the construction enterprises.
