钎焊技术是近几年发展起来的一项金刚石制品制作新技术。文章综述了该项技术的优越性以及金刚石钎焊料、专用设备、工艺、工具的研究和现状;并对该项技术的前景进行了展望。
Vacuum brazing technology is a new technique for making diamond products that developed in recent years. This paper summarizes the advantages of such technique, research and current situation on materials for vacuum brazing, relevant specialized equipments, technology and tools. It also draws the prospects on this technique.
