重庆招商引资保持强劲势头

FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN CHONGQING KEEPS GROWING

直辖后的重庆坚持对外扩大开放,招商引资在连续两年增长的基础上,今年又取得新的成绩,发展势头良好。上半年全市新批"三资"企业88家,合同利用外资2.72亿美元,比去年同期增长84%;原有的"三资"企业也出现了增长势头.共增资1890多万美元。九月份在厦门举行的第三届中国投资贸易洽谈会上,重庆代表团又创佳绩:共签订投资项目28个,总投资达4.2亿美元,利用市外内资1.2亿元人民币,在44个参展代表团中名列前茅。今年来渝投资的外商(含港澳台商)无论在规模上或质量上都有显著的变化。一是欧美外商来渝投资明显增多。

Chongqing has been sticking to expanding opening since its promotion to municipality status. Introducing of foreign capital has kept growing for two years. And this year new achievements have been made: Firstly, more European and American investors have come to invest in Ch0ugqing. Their investment amounted to $ 80.66 million Jan.-July an 82% rise over the same period last year; Secondly, more foreigners invest in new and high-tech industries. Among the projects signed in Xiamen China 3rd Investment & Trade Symposium held in September, over hal fare hightech ones.
