摘要
给出了ＧＰＳ坐标向地方坐标转换的二维实用方法，并通过实例对二维实用转换方法进行了验证。
In this paper, 2D practical method of the transformation of GPS coordinates to the coordinates of local system has been given. 2D scale parameter has been put forward. The 2D transformation method has been tested and verified by examples.
