偶对称势垒透射系数的解

摘要 本文把薛定谔方程的散射态和驻波态联系起来,发展了一种用来求解一类偶对称势垒透射系数的数值方法。对于一些势垒,透射系数的精确解析表达式是无法得到的,而利用该方法既可以精确地求出透射系数,又可以求出偶宇称和奇宇称波函数的位相。作为例子,我们利用该方法求解了三种势垒的透射系数和对应的偶宇称和奇宇称波函数的位相。 The paper develops a new numer ical method to calculate the transmission coefficient for one kind of potential barrier with even parity. In this method, the scattering states and the standing states of Schrodinger equation are connected. Therefore, the transmission coeff icients and phases for wave functions with even and odd parities can be solved f or such kind of barriers where those quantities have no analytical expressions. As examples, we solve the transmission coefficients and phases for threetyped barriers which clearly display the properties of particles scattered by the barr iers.
