刨刀O点及刨床刀座偏转原理探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE ORIGINAL POINT OF THE SHAPERTOOLS AND THE PRINCIPLE OFTHE TOOLHOLDER DECLINATION OF A SHAPER

本文参照材料力学中悬臂梁弯曲变形理论，讨论了刨刀刀杆变形时Ｏ点位置，进而推论弯头刨刀前面的位置；另外还从空间平面相互关系入手。

According to the theory of bending deformati on of a cantilever of the strength of materials, a discussion is made on the ori ginal point of the shapertools. And therefore the shape of the shapertools i s obtained. In addition, the principle of the toolholder declination is descri bed in this paper by means of the relative positions of spacial planes.
