摘要
以带队参加山东省第十九届运动会足球比赛的教练员为研究对象，主要采用问卷调查、专家访问等科研方法对当前山东省青少年足球运动的现状进行了调查研究，发现了问题。
Taking football coaches of the 19th Shandong Games as subjects and adopting such metods as questionnaine and expert-visiting,the authors have investigated the current situation of the juvenile football in Shandong Province. The existing problems are found and some effective measures are suggested in this paper to help develop the football further in Shandong Province or even in China.
