基于纳米器件自动波机制的图像边缘检测

Image Edge Detection Based on Autowave Mechanism of Nanodevice

细胞神经网络是一种只有邻近的神经胞元才进行通信连接的神经网络。主要介绍一种与细胞神经网络相似的纳米器件自动波机制,纳米器件在自组装过程中自然而然地形成了局部耦合结构,这种结构与最基本的反应扩散模型吻合。通过适当的工艺设计可以使得纳米器件动力学模型用细胞神经网络来表征,因此可用来对图像进行处理。通过理论分析以及利用电路系统仿真,对图像的边缘进行检测,并讨论了参数对这种纳米结构动力学的影响。

Cellular neural network is a neural network which can communicate with the adjacent nerve cells. This paper mainly research a autowave mechanism of nanodeviee which is similar to cellular neural network. Nanodevices form a partial coupling structure in the course of self-assembly process which anastomoses with the basic reaction-diffusion model. Through the appropriate technology design,nanodevices dynamic model can be used to represent neural networks, which can used to image processing. This article discusses image edge detection theoretically and demonstrated it with circuit-system simulations, and discusse the impact of the parameter on the nano-structure performance.
