摘要
在UG4.0环境下建立铰接式铲车的三维实体模型,在ADAMS/View的Hydraulic模块下建立液压系统模型,并设置两者间的关联;对机械与液压系统进行联合仿真,得到了铲车液压部分的性能曲线,可为铰接式铲车液压系统的设计提供理论依据。
This paper set up a 3-dimension solid model of an articulated forklift in UG4.0 software,then built the hydraulic steering system model in Hydraulic of ADAMS/View which was react on the solid model. Then it did the united simulation and got the curve of the hydraulic system. This work has a certain reference value for the design of the hydralic system of the articulated forklift.
