摘要
以铁路客车转向架主要承载构件为研究对象,介绍了将有限元技术应用于构件疲劳寿命分析的过程。基于MSC软件提供的结构动态响应仿真技术,获取构架的动应力历程,在此基础上,进而对构架进行了疲劳分析。
Taking the bogies of railway carriages as the research object,this paper introduced the process of fatigue life analysis of a component by using the finite element technology. Based on simulation technology of structural dynamic response provided by MSC software ,the dynamic stress history of frame was got firstly in this paper. Then ,the fatigue analysis for frame was executed.
