摘要
目的 对高血压病与冠心病患者体内血小板活化及血管内皮细胞受损程度进行对比分析。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶免疫吸附法分别测定正常对照组、高血压病、冠心病患者血浆GMP-140及vWF的含量。结果 冠心病、高血压病患者血浆中GMP-140及vWF的含量均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),且冠心病患者血浆GMP-140及vWF含量又高于高血压病组(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 高血压病患者存在的血小板高度活化和血管内皮细胞受损可能参与了冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。
Objective To observe and analyse comparatively the acdvation of platelets in vivo and injury in vascular endothelium in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and ACD. Methods Plasma alphe granule membrane pratein-140 (GMP-140) and von willebrand factor (vWF) were detected in controls and patients with EH and ACD Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Re-sults The levels of plasma GMP-140 and vWF in patients with EH and ACD were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01). And the levels of plamsa GMP-140 and vWF in patients with ACD were higher than EH groups. Conclusion Enchanced activation of platelets and injury in vascular endothelium in patients with EH may be involved in the formation and process of ACD.
