在刮板输送机中部槽上使用等离子熔覆技术,生成的涂层具有优异的耐磨粒磨损性能,可以极大地提高中部槽的耐磨性能,从而提高刮板输送机的整体性能,保障矿井运输设备安全生产,减少消耗,提高企业的经济效益。
Applying plasma c tadding technology in scraper conveyor middle chute,the coating generated by this technology possesses excellent wear-resistance,which greatly improves the wear-resistant property of middle chute and enhances the entire performance of scraper conveyor,ensures the safety production of mine haulage equipment, reduces consumption and intproves the economic benefit of enterprises.
