文章阐明少数人权利的概念,权利的保护,权利的未来,并以为全面充分保障少数人权利,是实现人类社会和平共处、共同发展之最终目标的主要途径之一。
The author of the article intends to call people's attention to the fact that full and proper protection of the rightsof the minority nationalities is one of the most important steps towards joint development and peaceful coexistence of theworld.
