摘要
作者对战国时李悝的《法经》提出了一些饶有新意的理解。作者认为,从战国至秦,法家的思想虽盛极一时,也不过是儒家法思想在一个方面的极端表现,并没有跳出儒家法思想的总体框架。
The writer of the article suggests some new and innovative ideas as to the interpretation of the 'Book of Law'written by Lee Li in the periods of the Warring States in ancient China.
