摘要
利用乙醇等离子体对聚酯(PET)表面改性,测试改性前后聚酯表面的浸润性和表面能,研究工作气体和处理时间对改性的影响以及改性后的时效性研究.实验结果表明,聚酯经乙醇等离子体改性,其接触角明显减小,表面能增加,但随着放置时间的延长。
This article describes the surface modification of polyethylene terephthate(PET) with plasma of ethanol.The effects of ethanol gas and treatment time on the surface modification and its ageing were studied through the measurements of contact angle and surface energy.The experimental results show that the contact angle was decreased and surface energy was increased significantly after treatment,and the wettability was enhanced.But those good properties will decay with the delay of layaside time.
