摘要
苏北是江苏省经济欠发达地区．如何优化生产要素在空间上、产业间的组合，实现产业布局和产业结构的合理化，是加快该地区经济振兴的战略性问题．这一问题是本文探讨的核心．
North Jiangsu is the underdeveloped region of Jiangsu.Based on analyzing in detail the present industrial distribution status and expounding the main limiting condition for industrial development,the strategic problem of economic invigoration of North Jiangsu is put forward,that is ,to optimize allocation of productive elements in space and between industries and to promote rationalization of industrial distribution and industrial structure.
