媵婚与西周婚姻礼法的哲学背景

Philosophical Background of Concubinage and the Wedding Proprieties in the Western Zhou Dynasty

西周的婚姻礼法问题，史家多有研究，但西周婚姻礼法所以产生的哲学背景问题，论者殊少。本文以西周的血缘宗法制为切入点，考察、论述了：一、西周以来“昏”和婚姻之礼的文化观念以至于哲学机缘；二、西周以来，男婚女嫁的年龄与礼法的关系以及确定婚姻年龄的哲理思考；三、西周以来，婚嫁时令的哲学基础和文化心理；四、早周和西周“腰婚”形态以及这一形态的，。理结构等等——通过对以上诸问题的考察，我们认为，西周婚姻礼法人类学意义上的祈向是人类自然本体的优化塑造与人类生存秩序的营造，其哲学背景则是二元对立生成观念的高度理性抽象。

This paper takes the connsanguineous patriarchal clan system in the Wcstcrn Zhou Dynasty as its cut-in point not only to observe and study, but to discuss the following four problems: 1. both the cultural modes of thought and philosophical coincidence of thc proprieties on 'wedding' and marriage in the Western Zhou Dynasty; 2. the age of both men's and women's marriages and the relationship of the rules of etiquette as well as the philosophical consideration of determining the marriage age in the Western Zhou Dynasty; 3. the philosophical base of marriage age and the cultural psychology in the Western Zhou Dynasty; 4. 'concubinage' form and its psychological structure between the Early Zhou and the Western Zhou.
