垄断行业职工过高收入问题及对策

The problem of high personal income in monopolies is quite noticeable in our country.It is obvious that the average salary of their personnel is too high.Together with some frequent increase and a great amout of profitsharing.So that is exceeds that of other sectors.The cause can be monopolization.an advantageous policy the defects inadministration and the unprin cipled profit distribution.The practical solutions are to dispose of monopolization in order to set up an economic situation of just competition,to establish a standand price-supervising system,to improve the supervision of their profit-sharing system,to strengthen the regulating role of such financial means as prices and taxes.
